The location was perfect, just a short walk from a beautiful garden with plenty of cafes and restaurants. The room was well lit and pleasant, with a ridiculously comfortable bed. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly.
There was no on-site parking available, inconvenient. The coffee machine at breakfast was not user-friendly and required the use of pods, environmentally unfriendly.

Lovely rooms and a comfortable bed made for a pleasant stay. The hotel was conveniently located near Chinatown and the convention center. The refurbished rooms were modern and well-appointed, with fast wifi and USB charging points. The rain shower was a nice touch. Despite some minor issues with check-in and the lobby, the staff were friendly and helpful.

We loved the location, as it was close to Chinatown with plenty of food choices as well as the bustling CBD shopping center. The hotel was also conveniently situated near Darling Harbour, making it easy for us to explore the city. The cleanliness of the rooms was perfect, and the hotel facilities, including the spacious indoor pool, were fantastic. the staff were really nice too make our stay enjoyable, from accommodating an early check-in to assisting with the Uber app and holding our luggage after check-out. The breakfast provided at the hotel was delicious, and we enjoyed sipping on a tasty flat white while reading a clean newspaper.
Nothing could have been better.

We recently stayed at a hotel in a great location close to a theatre where we went to a concert. The hotel was also very convenient to the entertainment centre and close to the new tram line. We had a comfortable room and bathroom, with great service from the staff. The breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of options to choose from and a great view of the surrounding area. we enjoyed the complimentary Nespresso machine in the room.
The hotel had some issues with amenities and services. We had to request items like toothbrushes and bathrobes, and were not informed about discounts for the carpark.

Great location, friendly staff, clean and well-appointed rooms, generous breakfast, comfortable bed with plenty of pillows and a large TV. Convenient guest connection for HDMI and USB, even able to log into personal Netflix account. a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
